LivingSocial Voucher Description
The LivingSocial Voucher is for two nights -Mon/Fri- from Jan 30th through May 30th, 2013. It includes a delightful organic continental breakfast, plus a "welcome basket" with superb local wine, and chocolates and a $10 Huber's INN card, to spend towards wine on a scrumptious dinner for 2 at : Brick House Bistro
1. What information will you need from me to book a room? (Over the phone)
• Number of guests in your party. Does your pet travel with you?...Tell us about it.
• Full name, Mailing Address, Daytime Phone, Email Address
• Visa or Mastercard number w/ expiration (for tax payment only)
• Your LivingSocial voucher number
2. When does your quiet season end and your peak season begin?
Quiet Season: Oct 16- June 29 Peak Season: June 30- Oct 15
3. Your weekend availability is looking very limited. What am I supposed
Yes, indeed. Our quiet season weekends in the rooms are filling in FAST.
We will gladly extend our weekend availability in October/November if you request a specific date…OR we can upgrade you to our SUMMER RATE for a Summer date of your choice.
4. Can I come in the summer?
YES INDEED! Yet, that is an upgrade -at our regular peak season rates: $220 Kah-Tai Suite, $145 The Blue Room and $165 The Gold Room. The excellent news is: You can apply your LS VOUCHER VALUE to a summer stay! You only pay the difference to us.
5. Can I bring my dog?
Tell us more about your pet on the phone : )… But do know that the pet fee was not included in your LivingSocial voucher. We charge a rate of $30/night per dog . Max 1 dog per room.
6. What is your CANCELLATION policy?
Two weeks -or more in advance, 100% reimbursement of deposit . Less than two weeks in advance, 50% Reimbursement of deposit. Please call us for details.
7. Are babies allowed?
Yes, but we advise you to choose the Kah Tai suite with it's king-size bed - which is an upgrade- as it has an en suite bathroom. Please let us know ahead of time, and be aware that other guests may be staying on the same floor.
8. My friends also bought your LivingSocial voucher. Can we use BOTH at the same time and book two rooms at the same time?
Perfect! You can call us to see if there is availability to accommodate both you and your friend at the same time.
9. Your LivingSocial Voucher sold out SO FAST! Will you sell me one anyway?No. Unfortunately we cannot sell you one separately. We maxed out at 200 for LivingSocial! Please do consider staying with us beyond Living Social anyway! We will gladly offer you our lovely “money special” ($51 + in Port Townsend dollars!) in appreciation… Also, would you become our fan on FACEBOOK for other fabulous deals?.
